If you are you having problems seeing or hearing something on this site you might be missing one of th e plugins that you need to view and download everything on our site.
Plugins are programmes that open up specific types of files. You can download the ones you need for free via the links below:

To view the PDF format documents on this site you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have this free plug-in and would like it, click here to download it from the Adobe web site.
Use Adobe's form to select the correct version for your computer and operating system. The file size varies but will probably take between 10 minutes and 20 minutes to download, depending upon the speed of your connection. Download it to a location on your PC that you can easily find (e.g. My Documents folder).
When the download is complete, locate the file on your computer and double click to install it. You may have to reboot the computer before you can use the programme.
Once the programme is installed you can view PDF files live on the web through your web browser. You can also save them to your hard drive and view PDF files that have been previously saved to your hard drive.

Real Player download (for audio)
Some of the video and audio on this site might need a media player called Real Player. It plays a number of multimedia formats including MP3, MPEG-4, QuickTime, and Windows Media formats as well as multiple versions of proprietary RealAudio and RealVideo.

Quicktime download (for video and audio)
Some of the video and audio on this site might require a QuickTime plugin. The latest version of the Apple QuickTime Player is free and can be downloaded easily and safely at the Apple QuickTime download centre.
